I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled on a little hill with a great view of the surroundings. It was so convenient to have a gentle ski slope right down from the hotel, perfect for enjoying some winter activities. The spa center was a real highlight, with a lovely indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I made sure to take full advantage of the facilities and enjoyed every moment of relaxation there. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning for added comfort, and a hair dryer that came in very handy. this place offered enhanced comfort and top-notch service.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

All staff (except the manager(?)) was kind and proffessional. The breakfast and the staff working at breakfast time
The entire building should be closed and renovated. The walls, floors and all other interior is very very old and worn out.

The great view from the dining hall was the best aspect of our romantic escape. The breakfast was also quite lovely and offered a variety of different foods. The hotel's location was ideal, providing us with incredible panoramic views of the surrounding area and a peaceful getaway from the city.
The limited facilities for some rooms was also frustrating and we didn't receive any compensation for our troubles. The location, while beautiful, required us to use taxis to get around the area which was an added expense to the trip.

Great view from the hotel and delicious breakfast! the location was also convenient and easy to get to. the spa and pool area were enjoyable as well.
Our room was outdated and not well-maintained. the staff was disorganized, with a slow check-in process.

Great location. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Fantastic view. Clean rooms. Nice flooring and bathrooms. Good breakfast buffet. Gym and spa.
No staff after 17. High price for food.

The hotel location offers ski slope access and nearby activities. the SPA center is a nice feature, and some rooms boast beautiful panoramic views. Breakfast is good, and the cleaning staff does a good job. Friendly and helpful reception staff too.
The hotel could use renovation of rooms and hallways for outdated and worn décor.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was definitely the best aspect of this stay, with a wide selection of delicious food. I also found the staff to be very nice and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic and included a pool in the SPA center. Lastly, the location close to nature was a welcome bonus, with great views of the surrounding area.
Nothing not to love about this hotel.
